MECHANICS:

1. Visit apps.facebook.com/PLDTThenandNow to install the app.
2. Read the mechanics and agree to the terms and conditions to be able to participate. Register your contact details:
   1. Full Name

   3. E-mail Address
   4. Registered Mailing Address 
   5. Cellphone No. 
   6. Landline No. 
3. Choose a subject and upload two photos depicting ‘then’ and ‘now’. Each photo should be no bigger than 1MB and in .jpg file.
4. Upon successful submission, the participant will receive an e-mail notification from PLDT which will serve as the participant’s e-raffle entry receipt.
5. Access the PLDT Then and Now app to see your entry. All valid entries will be posted on the gallery section of the app within 24-48 hours after submission.
6. A total of 20 e-raffle draw winners will get to win amazing prizes from PLDT. Prizes are as follows:

7. All non-winning entries after each week’s draw are qualified for next week’s draw.
8. Weekly winners will be notified via e-mail, registered mail and announced on the PLDT Facebook Fan Pages.
9. Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) will shoulder tax for prizes amounting to P10,000 and up.
10. This promo is open to PLDT Landline and Wireless Subscribers (Smart, Talk & Text and Sun Cellular) only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO PARTICIPATE:

1. Promo is open to residents of the Philippines age 18 and above.
2. Employees of Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) and its subsidiaries and affiliates, sponsors, agencies, dealers, retailers and their family members up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate in this contest.
3. By joining this promo, the participant signifies that he/she has read, understood and agrees to abide by the promo mechanics, rules and regulations set forth in the contest’s terms and conditions. 
4. User may send multiple entries but can only win once for the entire promo period. 
5. Prize is non-transferrable and non-convertible to cash.

GENERAL RULES: 

1. This Promo is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. 
2. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Terms of Participation including mechanics of photo submission.
3. Administrator reserves the right to disapprove entries that include, but are not limited to, the following prohibited content :
   • intended to or tends to harass, annoy, threaten or intimidate anyone
   • is defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive or sexually explicit
   • promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual
   • promotes or encourages illegal or unlawful activity or behavior
   • contains any material which infringes a third party‘s rights, including intellectual property rights
   • contains advertising, promotional or commercial messages
   • is misleading, inaccurate, false or impersonates any other person or entity.
4. Winners will be notified by mobile phone, e-mail and registered mail. The winners must sign the required acknowledgement and quit claim documents before receipt of their prizes, failure to sign the required documents will result in the disqualification of the participant from the promotion.
5. For winners from the National Capital Region, prizes may be claimed at Ace Saatchi & Saatchi, 2296 Don Chino Roces Extension, Makati City 1231 Philippines. The winner must claim the prizes at their own expense. Should the winner(s) be from provincial Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, the prize will be delivered through a third party. The prerequisite documents such as the acknowledgement and quit claim form will be signed along with the delivery receipt that the winner signs before receipt of the prize from the third party delivery agency.
6. The winners must provide at least two of the following valid IDs: Passport, SSS, GSIS, Driver‘s license or current Student‘s ID for identification and verification purposes together with the registered mail notifying them of the win.
7. Claiming of prizes is within 60 days from receipt of registered mail. Unclaimed prizes after the redemption period shall be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
8. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use the winner‘s name and/or likeness for advertising purposes without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
