Benjo is a testament to having seen and done it all, starting her culinary
journey as a dishwasher until becoming an executive chef. He takes pride in his
craft and this respect for his passion took him around the world, which also
became an inspiration for his dishes. Chef Benjo is known to produce uncommon
flavor combinations that are delectable and pleasing to even the most
discerning of palates.
He
is skilled with world-class techniques and privileged to have worked with
world-renowned chefs such as Gordon Ramsay.

of Wall Street, and end up at Le Cordon Bleu, and then finally find his roots
in Manila.

Wednesdays treat diners to live acoustic music, while Paradiso Fridays will be
marked with chill, house music and spinners. And Saturdays will be grooving to
a night of RnB music. Nest will be launching more themed nights in the coming
